About Bisole Schuhwerk

Sie zeichnen sich durch ein minimalistisches Design aus, das auf unnötige dekorative Elemente verzichtet, und bieten eine große Auswahl an Grundfarboptionen, sodass jeder, unabhängig von Alter oder Geschlecht, mit Sicherheit einen Sandalenstil findet, der zu seinem Stil passt. Ich suche. Eva wird als Hauptmaterial verwendet, um leichten und weichen Komfort zu gewährleisten. Die rutschfeste Sohle besteht aus Gummi für besseren Halt. Die Einlegesohle ist herausnehmbar und waschbar. Für eine sauberere Verwendung kann sie herausgenommen und in Wasser gewaschen werden.

Unique Properties: They feature a minimalist design that does away with unnecessary decorative elements, and we have a wide variety of basic color options to choose from, so that everyone regardless of age or gender is sure to find a style of sandal that matches what they're looking for.
EVA is used as the main material in pursuit of lightweight and soft comfort.
The non-slip sole is made of rubber for enhanced grip.
The insole is removable and washable, and it can be removed and washed in water for cleaner use.

Production Technology: Foam molding with EVA material.
Design Challenge: Foam molding with EVA material is difficult to make the body uniform in size.
The most difficult part was that any error in the size of the body would result in the corresponding insole and outsole sizes not matching.
Until we were satisfied with the results, we made fine adjustments to the foaming rate and realized the commercialization of the product.
Inspiration: In Japan, there is a long tradition of wearing slip-on sandals called "tsukkake." The Japanese word "tsukkake" refers to the motion of slipping one's toes into a shoe. That is how this easy-to-wear style of footwear earned its name.In recent years, fewer and fewer households have placed "tsukkake" in their homes.
However, my brand FRONTIER did not want to lose this uniquely Japanese culture. Therefore, we developed a slip-on shoe that fits the modern lifestyle and can be worn both at home and in town.
