Carlsberg Interior Design ist eine Büroinnenarchitektur für Carlsberg Vietnam mit einer Fläche von 1.100 Quadratmetern. Der Arbeitsplatz ist flexibel und anpassungsfähig und geht auf die Bedürfnisse der einzelnen Mitarbeitenden ein. Ruhige Bereiche ermöglichen konzentriertes Arbeiten, während offene Zonen Gruppenprojekte und den gemeinsamen Austausch fördern. Der Grundriss lässt sich leicht verändern, sodass Sitzgelegenheiten und andere Elemente je nach betrieblichen Anforderungen neu angeordnet werden können. Ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell wird unterstützt, sodass sowohl im Büro als auch von zu Hause aus gearbeitet werden kann. Die Gestaltung verbindet das Erbe der Marke mit zeitgenössischen Elementen.

Production Technology: - To come up with the design, the team used various techniques and methodologies. The first step was to gather information about the needs of Carlsberg's clients and employees. This involved conducting interviews and surveys to gain a deeper understanding of how people use the space and what they need to work effectively. The team also studied trends in workplace design and researched innovative technologies and materials that could be used in the space.

Design Challenge: One of the main challenges in designing the Carlsberg office is to balance the company's image and heritage with modern design trends. Carlsberg is a well-known beer brand with a rich history that spans more than 170 years. As such, the office should reflect the brand's legacy and cultural heritage, while also incorporating modern design elements to create a contemporary and vibrant work environment.
Research: - ADP conduct the Workplace Index Survey to understand the employees' need while using the focus group interview for the management team and Board of Director
Inspiration: The interior design of the Carlsberg Vietnam office draws inspiration from the concept of "probably the best beer in the world" and fulfills the client's specifications for a welcoming, high-quality office that expresses the vision of Carlsberg. This approach ensures that the design reflects the brand's values and creates an environment that inspires both employees and visitors.
Project Duration: The office design and build project is carried out from July 6 to September 13 2022
Operation Flow: The design of the office is also highly adaptable, with a flexible layout that makes it easy to make changes in seating and other design elements as needed. This flexibility enables Carlsberg Vietnam to adapt quickly to changing business needs and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
