About Bailu Wohnraum-Innenarchitektur

- Unique Properties
- Without sticking to the original American villa space, 660 square meters area will be reasonably expanded and transformed into 1000 square meters area, and the modern simple villa after transformation, more in line with the owners'modern living habits. After the transformation, the villa space layout is reasonable, each individual space has its own area, and the function has been expanded. The villa is full of artistic flavor and white space.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The original villa is 660 square meters American-style villa, which does not meet the needs of customers for housing. In the case of maintaining the appearance of the original villa, after reasonable expansion and transformation by the designers, the villa has become a 1000 square meters modern simple villa. The area of each space is more moderate. The daughter's room expands from 14.4 to 24, the attic of the roof expands from 18.7 to 48, and a billiards room is excavated in the family hall on the negative first floor.

- Design Challenge

At the same time, the layout of each room tends to be rationalized. The landing of the whole project is required by the owner within 6 months. Through the efforts of the design team and the logistics team, the arduous task has been accomplished.
- Research
- Due to the positioning of the community is mainly focusing on the traditional American villa, the spatial structure of the community is quite different from the modern life style of the Chinese people.
