About Caishi China Railway City Πρωταρχική Λειτουργία: Συγκρότημα Κατοικιών
Το Caishi China Railway City είναι ένα συγκρότημα κατοικιών που κατασκευάστηκε στο Τζινάν της Κίνας. Ο σχεδιασμός ακολουθεί ένα νέο κινέζικο ύφος που συνδυάζει την κλασική τάξη και αναλογία με τη σύγχρονη λειτουργικότητα. Τοπικά χαρακτηριστικά, όπως οι κορυφογραμμές σε σχήμα ουράς χελιδονιού, οι απολήξεις των αετωμάτων και οι διακοσμητικοί τοίχοι, επανερμηνεύονται σε μια απλή μορφή, ενώ τα χρώματα παραμένουν ήρεμα και διακριτικά. Χρησιμοποιούνται πάνελ πολυανθρακικού για τις διακοσμητικές πλάκες της οροφής, γεγονός που επιτρέπει τη χρήση λεπτών φερόντων στοιχείων. Ένα σύστημα τεσσάρων σταθερών παραμέτρων ελέγχει την ποιότητα, τη θερμοκρασία και την υγρασία του εσωτερικού αέρα. - Unique Properties
- The project adopts the neo-Chinese architectural style, not only has the oriental elegant, implicit and dignified spirit, but also takes into account the modernist architectural style of function determining form. Using the fashionable and simple design language to reinterpret the royal architecture's national context, ritual order and oriental verve,supplemented by the western mark of stone carving, perfectly presenting the charm of the soul in the western style.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- In this case, state of the art four constant technology will be used to provide consumers with a brand new living experience. The air conditioning system of four constant technology in comfortable residence will independently control the indoor environment from three aspects, respectively are air quality, temperature and humidity, effectively filter PM2.5 and other dust pollution in the air, reduce the concentration of indoor VOC, provide continuous fresh air indoor.

- The application of polycarbonate material in roof decoration board. The impact strength of this material is 80 times that of ordinary glass and 16 times that of safety glass. It has the reputation of "unbreakable glass" and "sound steel". And it will not explode like toughened glass. The keel is small and beautiful, and a large number of bulky structural members can be avoided.
- Design Challenge
- The low-rise residential product is an underground household type independent closed garage. The daylighting patio provides the same natural daylighting and ventilation for the underground as the above ground. The 6 meters high super large-scale underground entrance hall is luxurious, elegant and solemn. The interlayer can be modified to provide more usable area.
- Research
- On the basis of following the sense of order, elegance and significance of classical architecture, the architectural image suitable for this project is concluded. Among them, the characteristic elements of Jinan mainly include swallow tail ridge, gable head, decorative cylinder, wide bright gate, Chinese eaves form, characteristic lattice wall of East Lattice Wall Street in Jinan, etc. In terms of architectural color, it follows the tradition.
- Inspiration
- In the design, the architectural form, element symbol and material color with Jinan characteristics are extracted from the summary of Jinan city style. On the basis of following the sense of order, elegance and significance of classical architecture, the architectural image suitable for this case is concluded. Overall, the color is relatively simple and peaceful, highlighting the characteristics of peaceful dwellings, which is rich in life atmosphere.
- Project Duration
- The project started in February 10, 2017 in Jinan and finished in July 14, 2018 in Jinan.
- Operation Flow
- The design principle is to respect the elevation of the current site, fully combine the current topography with site design and building layout, avoid large terrain reconstruction, and maintain the stable form of the site. Adhere to nature respect and adjust measures to local conditions. Pay attention to the use of the site terrain according to the current situation of the terrain, better play the natural preservation, natural infiltration and natural purification functions of sponge city.
