Monad Terrace estas loĝeja apartamento-interno situanta en Miami Beach. La loĝejo estas la unua kompletigita hejmo ene de konstruaĵo de Ateliers Jean Nouvel kaj disvolviganto JDS Development Group. La apartamento mezuras 5.193 kvadratajn futojn entute, kun 3.350 kvadrataj futoj da interna spaco kaj 1.843 kvadrataj futoj da ekstera spaco. La interna dezajno kunfandas internan dezajnon kaj modan dezajnon por humanigi la spacon. Meblaro estis elektita ekskluzive el la kolekto de Jean Paul Gaultier por Roche Bobois. La projekto estis kompletigita en januaro 2020.

Rita’s design of the 5,193 square-foot residence highlights her signature style which uniquely fuses interior and fashion design to humanize the space. The residence reflects the most exceptional aspects of haute couture high-fashion and is an ode to the fashion house.

Inspiration: An ambassador for Roche Bobois, Rita is inspired by the furnishings of haute couture fashion icon Jean Paul Gaultier’s collection for the manufacturer and curated furniture designs exclusively from this collection. Her interior design approach for this residence seamlessly compliments the interior, exterior, and landscape architecture of Nouvel. By default, the residence reflects the most exceptional aspects of haute couture high-fashion and is an ode to the fashion house.
