Co-real Smart Home estas fana vendejo kaj oficeja konstruaĵo en Hangzhou, Ĉinio. La 1800-kvadratmetra projekto estas renovigo de simpla fabriko. La konstruaĵo estas traktata kiel blanka skatolo kun apartaj volumoj aranĝitaj ĉirkaŭ centra korto, donante al ĝi klaran identecon ene de sia ĉirkaŭaĵo. Alta atrio malfermas la publikan halon, kiu formas la centron de la horizontala kaj vertikala cirkulado. The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view.
