About Osia Villa Loĝeja Interna Desegno

Osia Vilao estas privata loĝejo situanta sur parcelo de 2800 kvadrataj metroj kun vido al rizkampoj. La desegno kunligas internajn kaj eksterajn areojn, malklarigante la limon inter ŝirmejo kaj pejzaĝo. Du teracoj markas la vilaon: orienta teraco aranĝita por matenmanĝo kaj okcidenta teraco sur la dua etaĝo uzata por vesperaj kunvenoj. Pergola sidloka areo sur la ripoza etaĝo estas subtenata de la ekzistanta trabkadro kaj enkadrigas vidojn de la subiranta suno. Materialoj estis akiritaj loke, kaj la pavimo uzas rubajn granitajn pecojn.

Unique Properties: A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

Production Technology: The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
Design Challenge: The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
Research: The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
Inspiration: The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Project Duration: The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
Operation Flow: The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
