Blanka kaj hela bluo estas la bazaj koloroj, kun lignaj akcentoj. Kvankam troviĝas en Osako, Japanio, la interno de ĉi tiu spaco havas atmosferon rememorigantan la Okcidentan marbordon de Usono. Por oficejaj laboristoj, la oficejo estas kie ili pasigas la plej grandan parton de sia tempo. Tial gravas provizi lokon, kie dungitoj povas labori komforte, komforte kaj efike. This creates a sense of unity in the space and makes it feel spacious despite the limited space.

The space is planned to be clearly separated from the rest of the building, while at the same time being a separate space. A continuous space that is not partitioned by walls and has three elements: office, showroom, and business meeting space.
