Pri Frechal Terrace Ĉefa Funkcio: Internaĵoj de Loĝkonstruaĵo
Ĉi tiu projekto fokusiĝas al la komunaj spacoj de loĝkonstruaĵo kaj kiel ili povas riĉigi la ĉiutagan vivon de ĝiaj loĝantoj. Anstataŭ ripeti similajn ĉambrojn, la dezajno enkondukas tre diferencigitajn areojn tra la tuta konstruaĵo, ĉiu kun sia propra karaktero kaj etoso. La intenco estis krei spacan sperton similan al promeno tra malgranda urbo, kie moviĝi inter spacoj fariĝas vojaĝo de malkovro. Alia ŝlosila celo estis inkluzivi mediojn, kiuj malofte ekzistus ene de tipa hejmo, plivastigante la gamon de agadoj kaj spertoj disponeblaj al la loĝantoj.

Frechal Terrace Ĉefa Funkcio: Internaĵoj de Loĝkonstruaĵo estas gajninto de la Bronza A' Design Award, tre prestiĝa rekono donata al elstaraj dezajnoj distingitaj per kreemo, ingenieco kaj sagaco. La Bronzaj gajnintoj estas abunde lertaj kaj frape kreemaj artefaktoj, kiuj aŭtentikigas la vastan sperton, imagpovon kaj elturniĝemon de siaj dezajnistoj. Oni atendas, ke Frechal Terrace Ĉefa Funkcio: Internaĵoj de Loĝkonstruaĵo estu tre estimata, admirata kaj ŝatata objekto, kiu estas rimarkinde profesia kaj nova. Ĉi tiu dezajno gajninta la Bronzan A' Design Award enkorpigas plej bonajn praktikojn en arto, scienco, dezajno kaj teknologio, kaj estas bonega pro sia atento al detaloj. - Unikaj Ecoj
- This is a set of shared spaces of a residential building. The main purpose of the project was to create distinctive areas so that the users could feel like walking around a city and experiencing different spaces while in the same building.

- 475 square meters including different spaces as: main foyer, reception room, barbecue room, game room, wine bar, garages, staircases, kids room, gym, indoor pool, outdoor spaces.

- Two main color palletes were used in this project: terracota and gray. Each set was used in different spaces for different purposes. The terracota pallete was used in the most inviting spaces, as the main foyer and the reception room. The gray pallete was saved for more intimate spaces, as the wine bar, that resembles a geometric cave, and the game room.

- The main challenge of this concept was to be very creative inside the limits of the existing project.
- Esplorado
- The design process for the shared spaces of this residential building started with the idea of treating the building almost like a small city. Instead of repeating the same type of room, each area was intentionally designed to feel different from the others, creating variety and a sense of discovery as residents move through the building.
From this concept, the spaces were planned to function like urban destinations—places where people could pause, meet, relax, or spend time in different ways. Another key goal was to introduce environments that typically wouldn’t exist inside a conventional home. By doing this, the project expands what residents can experience within the building, turning everyday circulation into a richer and more engaging spatial journey. - Inspiro
- A small-scale city with different languages and amenities. Each space has a special character and a unique design, to instigate the users and inspire them.

- The project started in November 2024 and finished in September 2025. It is located in Balneario Picarras, Brazil.
- Funkcia Fluo
- This is a project for shared spaces in a residential building. Instead of making everything look the same, the design creates very different areas throughout the building, so residents feel almost like they’re walking through a small city while moving between spaces. The idea was also to include places you normally wouldn’t find in a typical home, giving residents new experiences and ways to enjoy the building.
