Pri ReRoot Loĝdomo

En ĉi tiu renoviga projekto, la dezajno integrigis la novajn bezonojn kaj ideojn de la okupantoj kun la ekzistantaj kondiĉoj de la malnova spaco. La renovigita malnova apartamento disponigis pli diversajn celojn per novaj projektaj metodoj por elmontri diversajn aspektojn kaj signifojn al la spaco. Plej grave, la spaco ankaŭ servas emocian ankron al la posedanto, la loko, kie erotikaj memoroj forĝis de sia infanaĝo. Ĉi tiu projekto pruvis malnovan spacan renovigon per konservado de la emocia ligo de posedanto.

Pri la Bronza A' Design Award

ReRoot Loĝdomo estas gajninto de la Bronza A' Design Award, tre prestiĝa rekono donata al elstaraj dezajnoj distingitaj per kreemo, ingenieco kaj sagaco. La Bronzaj gajnintoj estas abunde lertaj kaj frape kreemaj artefaktoj, kiuj aŭtentikigas la vastan sperton, imagpovon kaj elturniĝemon de siaj dezajnistoj. Oni atendas, ke ReRoot Loĝdomo estu tre estimata, admirata kaj ŝatata objekto, kiu estas rimarkinde profesia kaj nova. Ĉi tiu dezajno gajninta la Bronzan A' Design Award enkorpigas plej bonajn praktikojn en arto, scienco, dezajno kaj teknologio, kaj estas bonega pro sia atento al detaloj. ReRoot Loĝdomo bonege kontentigas bezonojn, tuŝas dezirojn, ĉarmas sentojn kaj allogas scivolemon.

Unikaj Ecoj: When considering a renovation, a designer needs to integrate the new needs and ideas of the occupants with the existing conditions of the old space. To provide more diversified purposes, and use novel design methods to bring out the space different looks and meanings. In this case, the space also serves another emotional aspect, a childhood memories from the owner who inherent the apartment from his parents. How to reconstruct the space with preservation of his emotional connection become one major challenge of this project.
Dimensioj kaj Pakado: This project is about 149 square meters, located in Taipei City.
Etikedoj: Interior Design, Residential, House, Space
Produkta Teknologio: To retain the essence of the old era and bring out the embodiment of contemporary design, we must let the hardware and building materials, air and light of the home space, and the abstraction of continuity and inheritance, be integrated into the design through the perception and touch of the living experience. Using the nature of the structure, it guides the three characteristics of simple, natural and individual into a design.
Dizajna Defio: With confining the electrical and water ducts to the very small space below the ceiling, the design successfully creates an opening space with high ceiling to embrace and welcome the new family members.
Esplorado: The project is located in Taipei City, the capital of Taiwan, one of cities which needs for renovation. In this project, we wish to find a balance between retain and repurposing of an old apartment which contained so much personal memories, yet need a modern space for the new leaves and memories to grow.
Inspiro: Inheriting from the bloodline of the previous generation, this project covers the owner's memories of growing up as a child, especially the spirit of deferred thoughts and culture of the loved ones. We hope to the chisels this old space to fit family context in the future living purpose.
Projekta Daŭro: The project started in January 2018 and finished in June 2018 in Taipei,Taiwan.
Funkcia Fluo: We overthrow the original space partitions and moving lines, but choose to keep parts of exposed reinforced concrete, a resemble of his origin and a Root to childhood memories of the owner. A loving space where he grew up and supports him to become who he is today, an architect. Simplicity is the best note for the homeowner. In the transformation of perception into spatial shape, the limitations of hue, material and space height are integrated, and finally the life, memory and continuation of the resonance given by the space are depicted.
