About Daebong-dong Commercial Skip Floor Kaubanduslik Kohvik

Junghee Lee püüdis jagada suurt põrandapinda mitmeks väikeseks ruumiks. Sel eesmärgil seadis arhitekt põhisuunaks vahekorruse ja see on kahekorruseline hoone, kuid tegelikult sai sellest neljakorruseline ruum kuni katuse välistekini. Samal korrusel paljastati keskelt paljastunud betoonsein ja jagati see uuesti kaheks osaks. Põranda ja lae viimistlus tekitab kontrastseid efekte. lisaks katuseakna paigaldamisega pääseb päevasel ajal tuppa loomulik valgus.

Unique Properties: We tried to divide a large floor space into several small spaces. For this purpose, we set the basic direction as a skip floor, and it is a two-story building, but it actually became a space of four floors up to the outside deck on the roof. On the same floor, exposed concrete wall was exposed in the middle and divided it into two parts again.

Inspiration: The site where the project was carried out is Daegu City which is located on the side road of the old section of the city. In 2010, as the singer Kim Gwangseok's streets were built around, it became a popular neighborhood where many young people visited on the weekends.
we designed a building that does not stand out too much compared to the neighboring buildings, but has its distinct features and can be combined with the neighborhood atmosphere with 1/3 of the legal maximum possible size.
