About Waterfront Pearl Ur-ertzeko parkea

Waterfront Pearl Txinako Nanchongen, Jialing ibaiaren ondoan kokatutako ur-ertzeko parke bat da. Parkeak 1.200.000 metro koadro inguru hartzen ditu, eta bai paisaia-diseinua bai arkitektura-diseinua barne hartzen ditu. Lekuaren egungo ur eta presa topografia erabiltzen da Bashan mendiaren mendebaldean padura-forma bat sortzeko. Lurra berreraiki eta landatu egiten da ingurune naturala sendotzeko. Antolamenduak tokiko Yuji kulturari eta Da Yuk uholdeak kontrolatzeari buruzko istorioari egiten die erreferentzia. Emaitza aisiarako, kultura-erakusketarako eta jaialdi-ekitaldietarako espazio publiko bat da.

Production Technology
The design breaks through the connection between mountains and rivers, balance the proportion of cities and nature, create an ideal urban ecological axis, and form a good urban landscape pattern. In order to overcome the construction difficulties caused by complex forms, we adopt a parameterized approach to shape the building and use BIM for design and management, and use fiber concrete and other new materials for construction. The roof is shaped into a landscape of accessible vegetation.
Design Challenge
Since the project is a large-scale waterfront park, how to maintain the original waterfront ecology and reduce the impact of site development is a major starting point of the design. For this reason, we introduce Jialing River into the site to create a closer intuitive experience for people's hydrophilic activities. At the same time, we strengthen the natural context, and strive to form a secluded Southern painting scene by combing the terrain of the earth landscape and planting plants.
Research
We use the existing topography of "water" and "dam" in the site to create a shoal shape with shocking impact force in the west of Bashan Mountain. In view of the long history of Yuji culture of Nanbu, the designer proposed the concept of "Pearl Jialing and Bright Riverside". Under the premise of meeting the requirements of large-scale park and characteristic visual landscape belt, the culture of Da Yu (the third of the three legendary emperors who created the Chinese state) is included in the whole site and the life of Da Yu is displayed through line construction and form symbol.
Inspiration
Relying on a river and five lakes, the design uses the traditional and modern design methods to create the feature with the prospect of the city on the water and the water in the city. The site narrates the story of Da Yu controlling the Floods, continues the spirit of floods control, highlight the history of Yuji and create a cultural card for the integration of water cities in Nanbu.
Project Duration
The project started in February 2018 and will be finished in 2021 in Nanchong.
Operation Flow
The design aims to build a landscape landmark of Jialing waterfront, a holiday engine of tourism in Nanbu, and a happy place for health preservation in Western Sichuan.
