The Hub Australiako Victoria estatuko Healesville herrian turismorako diseinatutako erabilera mistoko garapen bat da. Proiektuak ondare-merkatu bat, zentro epikureo bat, garagardotegi bat, hotel bat, jatetxe bat eta ekitaldi-zentro bat uztartzen ditu. Oinezkoentzako lotune batek sei hektareako lursailean zehar erabilera guztiak konektatzen ditu. Eraikinak topografiari jarraituz maila-jaitsieran antolatuta daude, eta lur-materialek garapena inguruko paisaiarekin harremanetan jartzen dute. Diseinu-kontzeptuak kanpoa barrura ekartzen du eta gunea oinezko bisitarientzat irekitzen du. Helburua tokiko turismoa sustatzea da, auzoaren izaera mantenduz.

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine

- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
