About Co-real Smart Home Denda nagusia

Co-real Smart Home Hangzhouko (Txina) denda nagusi eta bulego-eraikin bat da. 1800 metro koadroko proiektua fabrika soil baten berritzea da. Eraikina kutxa zuri gisa tratatzen da, patio zentral baten inguruan antolatutako bolumen bereizgarriekin, inguruan nortasun argia emanez. Atrio garai batek publikoentzako aretoa irekitzen du, zeina zirkulazio horizontal eta bertikalaren zentroa den. Lehen solairuak produktuen erakusketa-gela eta lagin-gelak ditu, non etxe adimendun sistema bakoitza esperimenta daitekeen. Bigarren solairua bulego-eremu integrala da.
