Lakeville Regency Residence Txinako Shanghai hiriaren erdigunean kokatutako etxebizitza pribatu bat da. Barnealdea estilo kolonial modernoan diseinatu da. Zuri-beltzaren kontrastea espazio osoan zehar nabarmentzen da.
