درباره Sunac Center Residential Landscape طراحی منظر مسکونی
متن کتاب: منظر مسکونی مرکز سوناک یک طرح منظر برای یک مجتمع مسکونی در هبی، چین است. این طرح مساحتی معادل ۲۳۰٬۸۰۶ متر مربع را در بر می‌گیرد که از این میان ۲۰۱٬۱۷۹ متر مربع به فضای منظر اختصاص دارد. تجهیزات توسعه با اثر کم با مسیرها، کاشت گیاهان و ویژگی‌های آبی ترکیب شده‌اند تا زهکشی پایدارتری فراهم شود. یک مسیر حلقوی پیچان و یک مسیر دویدن ورزشی، یک چمن‌زار تفریحی بزرگ، میدان فوارّه، زمین بازی کودکان و یک منطقه ورزشی را به یکدیگر متصل می‌کنند. اندازه‌ی ویژگی‌های آبی به گونه‌ای کنترل شده است که نگهداری آن‌ها محدود بماند و در عین حال باغ‌ها در زمستان نیز جذاب باقی بمانند.

- The maintenance cost of the waterscape in northern China is relatively high, but the rich waterscape experience has almost become a watershed for high-end luxury houses. The blind pursuit of large water surface will only lead to high maintenance and considerable lack of scenery in winter. Designers skillfully control the area of waterscape and still have considerable scenery after emptying in winter is an important problem solved in the project.

- The project attach great importance to the consideration of humanization scale.
Design connect all kinds of supporting facilities in the community, such as huge leisure lawn, fountain square, children's playground, sports preheating area, through the runway, carefully set the route, and gather into the scenery along the fitness runway.
When you are at the end of your daily busy work, a fitness landscape runway can see a variety of green features of the community and relax your eyes and soul. - الهام
- In the future, the community landscape will be more ecological and natural, people will love outdoor activities and interpersonal communication more, and the healthy life of ecological residential area is no longer a slogan. - Design provide good accommodation for residents of all ages to meet their life needs, social needs, fitness needs and many hobbies and activities.
When designers get the planned road network, firstly optimize the spatial structure of the road network to break through the gap in space and form a winding ring road system.
