درباره No Screw قفل چمدان
نو اسکرو (No Screw) قفل چمدانی است که برای مونتاژ کارآمد و نگهداری آسان طراحی شده است. این قفل از دو بخش مجزا تشکیل شده است: بدنه قفل و پوسته پایه ضدبرگشت که بدون پیچ به یکدیگر متصل می‌شوند. قطعه قفل‌کننده روی پوسته پایه می‌لغزد و نصبی سریع و ایمن را فراهم می‌کند که از اتوماسیون در تولید پشتیبانی می‌کند. یک دستگیره جداسازی همراه، دو بخش را از هم جدا می‌کند، بنابراین نگهداری به هیچ ابزار و کمک تخصصی نیاز ندارد. بیش از ۸۰ درصد این قفل از جنس ABS سبک ساخته شده است که در برابر ضربه و سایش مقاوم است و وزن ناچیزی به بار مسافران اضافه می‌کند.

To this end, the design team has developed an anti reverse mechanism inspired by a cable tie, which supports only one way operation. The sliding component on the the base shell features an outer protrusion that can precisely fit into the serrated edges on the lock body, ensuring secure locking and preventing reverse separation. This innovative design achieves stability without the need for screws.
