درباره Fenc Loopflex پارچه کشسان
فِنک لوپ‌فلکس یک پارچه کشسان بدون اسپندکس است که برای پوشاک ورزشی، پوشاک راحتی و لباس زیر توسعه یافته است. این منسوج یک ماده تک‌جنسی است که تنها از پلی‌استر ساخته شده، بنابراین بازیافت منسوج به منسوج امکان‌پذیر می‌شود و ضایعات کاهش می‌یابد. تولید با چیپس‌های الاستومر پلی‌استر ترموپلاستیک آغاز می‌شود که از طریق فرآیند اکستروژن مذاب بدون حلال به نخ الاستیک تبدیل می‌شوند. این نخ با فیلامنت‌های پلی‌استر معمولی و با استفاده از کشش‌های از پیش برنامه‌ریزی‌شده بافته می‌شود و کشسانی قدرتمندی دو تا سه برابر بیشتر از ترکیبات اسپندکس ارائه می‌دهد، در حالی که تعادل میان راحتی و نگهدارندگی را حفظ می‌کند.

- It starts with TPEE chips, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, which undergoes a solvent-free melt extrusion process to produce high-performance polyester elastomer. The yarn is then knitted with regular polyester filaments into a mono-material polyester base stretch fabric using advanced textile engineering. This process incorporates an intricate inner structure and pre-programmed tensions ensures a balance of comfort and support, delivering optimal benefits in motion or at rest.

- The biggest challenge was replacing spandex while maintaining high stretch and recovery. We engineered a recyclable polyester-based mono-material fabric with the same elasticity. Achieving the right balance of performance, comfort, and sustainability required advanced material knowledge, precision knitting, and adjustments to dyeing and finishing processes. By overcoming production limitations, this innovation improves recyclability and contributes to a greener textile industry.

- Using material science and solvent-free melt extrusion, our polyester elastic yarn is produced with a lower carbon emission process and fewer chemicals than traditional spandex production. Through advanced knitting and fabric engineering, we have developed stretch fabric with preprogrammed tension, improving performance while supporting a circular economy in the textile industry.
