درباره Sunlit Path طراحی داخلی مسکونی
مسیر آفتاب‌گیر یک ویلای چهارطبقه در مناطق کوهستانی شمال تایوان است. این مسکونی با مساحتی برابر با ۳۵۳.۱ مترمربع، به‌جای چیدمان عمودی متعارف، از سطوح پلکانی و گذرگاه‌های باز بهره می‌برد. طبقه همکف شامل گاراژ، ورودی و انباری است. طبقه دوم دربرگیرنده نشیمن، فضای غذاخوری و یک بار است که به تراس بیرونی متصل می‌شود. طبقات سوم و چهارم شامل اتاق‌های خواب، رخت‌کن واک‌این و اتاق مطالعه هستند. سطوح چوب سیکامور و پالت خاکستری تیره، فضای داخلی را تعریف می‌کنند. سکوهای مخصوص گربه و یک پلتفرم پلکانی سفارشی امکان تردد آزادانه حیوانات خانگی را فراهم می‌کند.

- Circulation and Openness: A staircase naturally guides movement, while the seamless transition between living and dining areas enhances spatial fluidity and family interactions.
Hosting and Social Spaces: The second floor prioritizes socializing, with a dining area and bar for over ten guests, a built-in wine cabinet, and hidden storage, combining elegance with functionality.
Pet-Friendly Design: Cat perches and a custom staircase platform allow feline companions to move freely, maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. - ابعاد و بسته‌بندی
- The four-story villa spans 353.1 square meters, featuring a fluid circulation system that replaces a conventional vertical layout with staggered levels, open transitions, and interconnected stairways. The ground floor serves as an entry hub with a garage, foyer, and storage. The second floor is the social core, where the living room, dining area, and bar counter connect seamlessly to an outdoor terrace. The third floor prioritizes privacy, housing the master bedroom and a walk-in closet reminiscent of a hotel suite. The fourth floor includes a children's bedroom, study, and secondary bedroom, balancing privacy and function.

- Although this villa offers multi-level living, the limited floor area per level posed a challenge in balancing storage and openness. Maintaining functionality while ensuring spatial fluidity became a key focus. A major transformation on the second floor involved removing the original railing between the living and dining areas, creating a seamless, open connection. The staircase was also carefully designed, prioritizing safety and ergonomics while serving as a refined visual element. Thoughtfully selected materials enhance its aesthetic appeal, reinforcing the villa's cohesive and harmonious design.
