Heart in Bloom on 18 karaatin kullasta valmistettu sormus, johon on istutettu 1,1 karaatin sydämenmuotoinen persikansävyinen safiiri. Avoin ja epäsymmetrinen rakenne sopii erikokoisille sormille ja pysyy vakaana tasapainoisen painonjakauman ansiosta. Safiiria ei ole käsitelty kiinteänä keskipisteenä, vaan se nousee esiin haarautuvien muotojen keskeltä, jotka ympäröivät kiveä osittain. Veistokselliset oksat kurottautuvat ulospäin ja muodostavat kerroksellisia suhteita, jotka luovat keveyden tunnun. Katselukulman muuttuessa oksien ja kiven väliset tilalliset suhteet muuttuvat.
