- Surrounded by large residential complex, Yoyo City has become an important extension of public playground. Dedicating the public space and pedestrian flow on ground level and allowing the vehicular access and circulation in basement level including the main drop off area have become the challenge. As much active as ground level, the basement is yet set to be another vital commercial arrival point and it needs to be equally important to the ground level.

It serves to strengthen the connection between the community and its natural surroundings, providing diversified experience to the people of Yinchuan.

Integration of floating islands to overall facade becomes the important highlight features in every visible and accessible corners. Yoyo City stands as a city icon that stitches its urban and nature contexts together.

- Flux Opérationnel
- Sited between a natural wetland park and a residential commercial complex, Yoyo City master planning strategy is to prioritize the pedestrian connection flow and minimize vehicular within the development. Hence, the main vehicular drop off and lobby is located in the basement. Yoyo City unique experiences are connected through the 8 key node spaces from east to west, providing an urban linkage connecting the community and its natural surroundings.
