About Chic Della Coffret cadeau pour crème

Chic Della est un coffret cadeau conçu pour une crème pour le visage, créé en collaboration avec l'atelier de gravure sur bois Taohuawu de Suzhou. Les motifs de pivoines de l'estampe xylographique de la dynastie Ming « Les fleurs s'épanouissent dans la richesse et la prospérité » sont déconstruits et réagencés dans un style géométrique contemporain, tout en conservant les lignes nettes et les textures de l'estampe d'origine. Le coffret est réalisé en papier d'art avec marquage à chaud à la feuille d'or et mesure 250 sur 90 sur 250 millimètres. L'ensemble, intitulé « Le Secret de la Beauté des Fleurs », traduit la conception orientale selon laquelle les fleurs nourrissent la peau.

Unique Properties: CHIC DELLA has partnered with Suzhou Taohuawu woodblock prints to launch a co-branded face cream gift set. The set deconstructs and reassembles the magnificent scene of peonies in the Ming Dynasty Taohuawu woodblock print "Flowers Bloom in Wealth and Prosperity," using contemporary design techniques to reconstruct traditional auspicious patterns. This allows century-old intangible cultural heritage to be revitalized through a beauty medium.

Production Technology: The gift box is made using art paper and a gold foil stamping process.
Design Challenge: The packaging, with its auspicious meaning of "flowers blooming and wealth," echoes the traditional Chinese people's wishes for wealth, peace, longevity, and fulfillment. It combines modern design with daily skincare products to bring classical auspicious culture back into everyday life.
Research: Suzhou local brands × Suzhou intangible cultural heritage, strengthen the locality of "Suzhou aesthetics", and integrate symbols such as Taohuawu, peony, and Pingjiang misty rain into products, making them a mobile business card of Gusu culture.
Inspiration: The gift set, named "Floral Beauty Secrets," subtly reflects the Eastern aesthetic wisdom of "nourishing the skin with flowers" and constructs a complete cultural narrative from visual appeal to efficacy.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2025 in Suzhou, China and finished in May 2024 in Suzhou, China.
Operation Flow: The packaging design features peony patterns inspired by the Ming Dynasty Taohuawu woodblock print "Flowers Bloom in Wealth and Prosperity," which are deconstructed in a modern geometric style while retaining the sharp lines and textures of the woodblock print. The gift box is named "The Secret of Flower Beauty," echoing the Eastern skincare philosophy of "nourishing the skin with flowers."
