Unique Properties: The design emphasizes fluidity and simplicity in the office circulation and cleverly fulfilling client request to separate two companies staff area but being able to share the common area facilities at the same time. The office layout was carefully planned in such a way that there is a clear demarcation between the public guest area and general staff area, with the public guest area acting as a connector to link up and separate the two companies staff working area at the same time.
Dimensions & Packaging: The office is located in Lippo Center Hong Kong with floor area of approximately 1100sqm. When guests arrived to office, they were welcomed by a spacious gallery-like waiting area. The waiting area also serves as a NFT art gallery, show-casing some of the hottest collections of the market. A Zoom room is especially designed and equipped in view of increasing demand of web meetings under the pandemic. Another highlight of the design is the pantry area where staff and guests could enjoy the magnificent Hong Kong skyline as the background.
