About Primary Residence Dearadh Cló-aghaidhe

Is dearadh cló-aghaidhe é Primary Residence a athraíonn foirmeacha ailtireachta íostacha ina litreacha agus ina n-uimhreacha, ag baint úsáide as na trí phríomhdhath dearg, gorm agus buí. Léiríonn gach carachtar cuid bheag d'fhoirgneamh, gan bealach isteach ná amach soiléir. Déanann staighrí, fuinneoga agus cruthanna geoiméadracha tagairt do ghluaiseacht Bauhaus agus don ailtireacht íostach. Bhí tionchar freisin ag staighrí agus fuinneoga a breathnaíodh in áiteanna éagsúla ar fud an domhain ar an dearadh. Rinneadh na sceitsí ar pháipéar, bunaithe ar ghrianghraif d'fhoirgnimh fhíora. Is é an aidhm atá leis ná foirm agus féiniúlacht na struchtúire a chumasc le chéile.

Behind the Design

Press Kit

Unique Properties: Primary Residence is an alphabet design that represents minimal architectural forms in typography with three primary colors: red, blue, and yellow.
Each letter and number represents a small part of the buildings without any apparent entry or existence. You may look at it with your own imagination to find the way in or out. You could even find connections from one character to the next.
The stairs, windows, and geometric shapes are dedicated to the Bauhaus architectural style and minimalism, with the primary goal of blending the form and identities of the structure together.
Dimensions & Packaging: When the letter designs are applied to products, each one of them is given a unique identifying number.
Tags: Type, Typographic Architecture, Bauhaus Movement, Abstract, Minimalist
Production Technology: Started the sketches on paper, based on real architecture photography.
Design Challenge: The challenge of this project is finding ways to incorporate different elements of architectural forms with letters while making them look consistent and abstract.
Research: Each main element of the letter based on the research of the Bauhaus movement or the world architectures' photography.
Inspiration: The inspiration originally came from the Bauhaus Movement. Additionally, I was inspired by the design of stairs and windows from different parts of the world, like the fire escapes of old buildings in New York City and urban windows in European cities.
Project Duration: This project started in March 2020 in New Jersey.
Operation Flow: This archetype style helps the viewer gain a greater appreciation of the abstract building. The stairs, windows, all geometric shapes all dedicated to Bauhaus architecture and Minimalist building to blend with the form and identity of the structure.
