About Kamimachi Bialann Núdal Seapánach
Is bialann núdal Seapánach í Kamimachi atá suite i lár Shanghai. Tá an taobh istigh eagraithe timpeall ar chruth mór dín a chruthaíonn limistéar foscadh, ionas go n-itheann na haíonna amhail is dá mbeidís faoi bhachlóga doimhne. Úsáidtear sraith d'adhmad bán mar dallóg, agus fillann sé go séimh timpeall ar na daoine, an spás agus an bia. Cuireann an díon agus na bachlóga atmaisféar véaranda Seapánach i gcuimhne dúinn laistigh de chathair mhór. Tá an bhialann suite ar an dara hurlár, agus leanann an dearadh téama an itheacháin ar chéibh faoi dhíon mór. Cothromaíonn Kamimachi gluaiseacht na cathrach móire le ciúnas an taoibh istigh.

- Unique Properties
- To eat under the roof, under the eaves, is to be comfortable,
By wrapping the layer of white wood as a louver, it gently wraps people, it gently wraps the space and it gently wraps the food.
By creating a space under the eaves in the form of a roof,
we have been able to create an atmosphere similar to that of a Japanese veranda in a big city.
I think we have achieved an interesting balance between the "movement" of the metropolis and the "stillness" of the interior space of the restaurant. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Inspiration
- This restaurant is located in the centre of Shanghai. The owner's vision is to spread Japanese noodle and food culture to China and the world, and as this is his first restaurant, he wanted the design to be Japanese.
We thought about the Japanese style and the elements of the restaurant, and because it is located on the 2nd floor, we thought about the theme of "eating on a pier with a big roof". - Project Duration
