An Dearadh

Maidir le Showven Maiman Léasar

Léasair RGB lándatha shraith Showven Maiman le dearadh struchtúir dé-shraith. Cinntíonn an t-imchlúdán rátáilte IP65 gur féidir é a úsáid gan cumhdach cosanta fiú sa bháisteach. Déanann múnlú teilgchaisteála iomlán é láidir agus daingean agus níos éadroime ná táirgí traidisiúnta. Tabharfaidh brící maolaithe seachtrach, gléas coigeartaithe uillinne éasca agus gnéithe áisiúla eile eispéireas iontach úsáideora duit. Ráthaíonn foinsí solais díóide íon-ghlan iontaofacht níos airde agus uillinneacha eascartha géir níos lú. Tá sé feistithe le heochair lasc sábháilteachta, feidhm E-stop iargúlta, srl. a chinntíonn sábháilteacht agus inrialaitheacht.

Airíonna Uathúla: Maiman series full-color RGB lasers with double-layer structure, lightweight but robust. IP65-rated enclosure ensures it can be used without a protective cover even in the rain. Pure diode light sources guarantee higher reliability and smaller beam divergence angles. Equipped with a safety switch key, remote E-stop function, etc. ensure safety and controllability. For longer service life, lasers have PWM fan control, noise reduction design, real-time temperature monitoring, etc.
Toisí & Pacáistiú: Dimension: 495*471*226mm
Weight: 27kg
Output (max): 30W/40W/60W
Work Temp.: -20-40°C
IP level: IP65
Clibeanna: (laser, light, show, IP65, lightweight)
Teicneolaíocht Táirgthe: A whole die-casting molding makes it robust and sturdy and 25% lighter than traditional products. Rounded corners, exterior seamless, IP65 rating realized. The straight knurling on both sides achieves 360°angle adjustment. External dimming bracket, PWM fan control, silent design. TEC temperature control, real-time temperature monitoring, and over-temperature protection. FAC fast axis compression technology, analog modulation, high linearity, and rich beam color.
Dúshlán Deartha: We have been solving the problem of how to put such a high-power laser in a small size and also meet IP65-rated waterproof performance. Because from experience, it takes a large space to fit so many parts in, and a small volume means miniaturization of many core parts and redesign of structure and heat dissipation. In the end, we made a lot of innovations in materials, structure, waterproofing, optics, and heat dissipation.
Taighde: Type of Research:laser system.
Research Objectives:Miniaturization of IP65 lasers.
Methodology:Structuring and Optical Technology Innovation.
Data Collection and Research Tools Used:Laser power converters, scanning microscope systems, etc.
Participants or Experiments: Showven
Results: Small size, lightweight and high-performance IP65-rated lasers
Insights and Impacts:Changing Shape and Design Trends of Traditional Lasers
Effect of the Research in Real-Life:Bring quality, premium design and cost-effective laser system
Inspioráid: When I saw a lot of lasers, heavy, fragile, and inconvenient to operate, I wondered why lasers always grow into a look - four square, without any rounded corners. When you adjust the angle, you have to unscrew a bunch of screws, and on rainy days also have to put a protective bag for it. So the material and structural innovation make the appearance solid and rounded, it easy to adjust the laser angle, and it reaches the IP65 level and can be used on rainy days and create a good laser effect.
Fad an Tionscadail: The project started in April 2010 in China and finished in January 2014 in China, and was exhibited at Prolight + sound 2024 in March 2024 in Frankfurt.
Sreabhadh Oibríochta: There are very few screws in the whole product, the lens cap is designed with a slide, and its carrying handle also serves as a tool to adjust the laser angle. It has a lot of pre-made graphics built in. Even without using professional FB4 software you can have many laser effects. Of course, you can get more functions by using FB4 software.
