About SeekIn Dearadh Taobh Istigh Oifige
Is éard atá in SeekIn ná taobh istigh oifige i Shenzhen, an tSín, a chlúdaíonn timpeall 700 méadar cearnach. Úsáideann an leagan amach fairsing bán agus gorm chun mothú soiléireachta agus simplíochta a chruthú. Meabhraíonn línte cuartha agus cruthanna neamhrialta cealla, ag léiriú obair biteicneolaíochta na cuideachta agus ag seachaint mothú docht na n-oifigí traidisiúnta. Áirítear leis an oifig limistéar oibre coiteann, pantrach agus seomra comhdhála, faoi sholas ó fheadáin solais LED atá cruthaithe mar cheall. Tacaíonn plandaí i bpotaí, gairdín ardáin le scairdeán agus limistéar suí le dearadh inbhuanaithe agus scíthe.

- Unique Properties
- This project aims to create a sense of clarity and simplicity through the spacious layout design with the use of white and blue. Inspired by cells, the office is composed by mostly curvy lines to avoid the sense of rigidness in traditional offices. One of the major focus of this design is low carbon and sustainable design, with pot plants introduced in the office area, as well as the terrace garden with green plants, fountain, and seating area which employees can relax.

- Production Technology
- This design looks innovative with a relatively easy approach to build. We have used self-leveling cement (flooring), PVC (curvy shaped flooring), wooden partition with fire-proof plywood finish. The cell-shaped lights are LED light tubes covered with vinyl to create the special effects.
- Design Challenge
- The client was quite hesitant with the design at the very beginning, however they have come to embrace and love it during the design process.
- Research
- The research evolved around how to best fit the design to the client's nature of business, while trying to include sustainable elements. We have come up solutions for the above with relatively simple building methods.
- Inspiration
- The design concept of SeekIn Office takes inspiration from the company's business nature, biotechnology and cells. The designer used curvy lines and irregular shapes, resembling cells, to create an interesting and innovative workspace.
- Project Duration
- This project is finished in 2018 in Shenzhen, China.
- Operation Flow
- Even though the design is an innovative one, the office serves its purposes well. Common working area, pantry, conference room, the place is well-lit with special designed lighting. The terrace is the perfect place for a breath of fresh air during a long day's work with green plants and fountain.
