Tha Villa Osia na thaigh-còmhnaidh prìobhaideach a tha na laighe air pìos fearainn 2800 meatair ceàrnagach le sealladh a-mach thairis air raointean rus. Tha an dealbhadh a' ceangal na sgìrean a-staigh agus a-muigh, a' fàgail crìoch nach eil cho soilleir eadar fasgadh agus cruth-tìre. Tha dà lobhta a' comharrachadh na villa: lobhta an ear air a chur air dòigh airson bracaist agus lobhta an iar air an dàrna ìre air a chleachdadh airson cruinneachaidhean feasgair. Unique Properties: A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

Production Technology: The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
Design Challenge: The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
Research: The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
Inspiration: The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Project Duration: The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
Operation Flow: The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
