About Be:side Cafaidh agus Bòidhchead
Airson dùbhlan ùr Funabashiya aig a bheil eachdraidh fhada bhon 1805 mar bhùth mochi arrowroot, bha na dealbhadairean den bheachd gu robh e cudromach tilleadh gu na freumhan aca fhèin agus spèis a nochdadh dhan eachdraidh fhada aca, agus mar sin ghabh iad ris an dàrach wisteria chomharraichte bhon phrìomh bhùth aca ann an dealbhadh an t-slighe a-steach air fad. Chan ann a-mhàin gu bheil an dealbhadh beòthail seo den t-slighe a-steach a' seasamh a-mach ann an sgìre shàmhach chòmhnaidh Aoyama agus a' tarraingt dhaoine, ach tha e cuideachd a' frithealadh mar shuidheachain a-muigh dhan luchd-cheannach aca.

- Unique Properties
- Funabashiya is an arrowroot mochi store with a long history since 1805, and this shop is their new conceptual shop focusing on health and beauty. The wisteria arbor at Funabashiya's flagship store became iconic to their customer.
For new challenge of our client Funabashiya which is with a long history since 1805 as arrowroot mochi store, the designers thought it is important to return to their own roots and cherish their long history. Therefore, they adopted the iconic wisteria arbor of Funabashiya's flagship store to the design of the whole entrance. Not only the dynamic design of the entrance stands out in the quiet residence area in Aoyama and caught people’s attentions, but it also functions as outside seating for their customers. - Tags

- To emphasize the linear design, the dark grey tiles runs from the terrace to the end of the store, and it makes the store look deeper and the terrace roof inspired by the wisteria arbor more dynamic. The designers kept the interior minimum and simple to make their products stands out and carefully plan the lighting to make the space bright enough but not too plain and boring by creating contrast of light.
