About Myoken Ishiharaso ’ Ann An Taigh-Òsta
Gus an comas a leasachadh, chaidh an t-àite a roinn gu ìre ann an trì àiteachan: seòmar-cadail, seòmar-suidhe, agus amar a-muigh leth-a-muigh. Tha an t-àite leth-a-muigh na àite sòghail is socair far am faigh thu tlachd às na fuarain teth nàdarra a thig a-mach às an togalach fhad ‘s a tha thu a’ faireachdainn solas, gaoth, uisge, agus atharrachaidhean nan ceithir ràithean. Tha an t-àite na àite gun ùine a bhios a’ cruinneachadh a’ chuid as fheàrr de stuthan nàdarra àrd-inbhe agus dòighean ciùird le bhith a’ cleachdadh ciùird traidiseanta Iapanach gu gnìomhach, a’ fàgail a-mach sgeadachaidhean neo-riatanach.

Kumiko The powerful materials of traditional crafts such as lattice, Japanese paper, and natural stone stimulate the five senses. The semi-outdoor space has a hot spring and a rest space. - Soaking in a hot spring warms the body and expands blood vessels, especially peripheral blood vessels. When blood vessels expand, blood circulation improves, which makes it easier for fresh blood containing oxygen and nutrients to spread throughout the body, activating the function of carrying waste products and carbon dioxide in the blood. In other words, it improves metabolism and promotes the excretion of unnecessary substances in the body.
