Tha an dealbhadh a' tarraing air a' bhaile-mhòr, far a bheil togalaichean Eòrpach nan seasamh taobh a-staigh òrdugh an Ear. Tha caractar romansach ailtireachd bhailtean Eadailteach air a chur còmhla ri ruitheam sàmhach lios-cùirtean an Ear-thìreach. Tha bogha-bhannan cruinn, staidhre shnìomhain agus mullaichean cumte a' cruthachadh nam prìomh fheartan. Am measg nan stuthan tha concrait, stàilinn, glainne, breige aotrom, bòrd gipsum, panailean cloiche, màrmor, stàilinn gun mheirg agus fiodh-chòmhdach. Tha solas a' stiùireadh gluasad bho na raointean a-muigh gu na seòmraichean a-staigh, gus am bithear a' faireachdainn an àite mar fhosgailte agus saor.
