About Eldorado Dealbhadh Taobh A-staigh Oifise

'S e dealbhadh taobh a-staigh oifise a th' ann an Eldorado, air a dhealbhadh airson companaidh a tha a' frithealadh gnìomhachas cosmaig nam ban. Tha an taobh a-staigh a' còmhdach 1000 meatair ceàrnagach agus a' gabhail a-steach talla-aghaidh, àite fàilteachaidh, àite bàr, àite co-rèiteachaidh agus àite obrach. Tha lùban co-chothromach, uachdaran pinc agus mion-fhiosrachadh òir-ròs a' mìneachadh an dealbhaidh. Tha dà chruth glainne cruinn a' roinn an rùim agus a' leigeil solas nàdarra troimhe. Tha cùirtearan sgrion geal a' sgaradh na sgìre poblaich gu bhith nan seòmraichean nas lugha agus a' toirt do gach neach-tadhail àite co-rèiteachaidh prìobhaideach. Tha balla planntachaidh uaine agus sòfathan glasa a' cur ri faireachdainn shàmhach agus fhionnar.

Unique Properties: In plane layout design, functional areas are clearly divided, moving lines are concise and smooth, and symmetrical curve elements are added to make use of the soft curve and enrich the sense of space; in elevation design, pink is the main color, and light luxury elements are used as the keynote. From the front hall, reception area, bar area, negotiation area to office area, the use of modelling elements makes the space correspond with each other and penetrate.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project covers a total of 1000 square meters. This office building is a frame structure, with a total length of 45300 mm, 900 mm times 1600 mm pillars is 1200 mm away from the external wall and an interval of 8700 mm. Design Challenge: As a high-end office building, designers are not allowed to alter the floor and ceiling in the construction of the property, which leads to the effect can not achieve the original expected, and finally can only be adjusted according to the original ceiling floor, although not achieving the best effect, but also satisfactory.
Research: Youyar has been ranked the first cross-border e-commerce company in Fujian for more than ten years, and the company specializes in serving women's cosmetics industry. The white screen curtain separates the public space into separate small spaces, so that the space is soaked with sunshine and emits a soft light. Give each customer independent negotiation space, but not dull narrow, bright and light space.
Inspiration: The design concept of this set of design works is to grasp the urban fashion of "contemporary" and "artistic" showing the trend of the times, combine with the corporate culture concept, fully display the management characteristics of women-oriented, and strive for distinct personality. Create a delicate and romantic office space to provide an easy and elegant negotiation space for self-employed women.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2018 in Torino and finished in September 2018 in Rimini.
Operation Flow: The office broke the previous dull, made a small bar, using green planting walls to enhance the sense of jumping, creating a fresh and natural atmosphere.
