About Shanghai Yuemao Mansion Deseño de Interiores de Sala Modelo
Book Text: Shanghai Yuemao Mansion é unha sala modelo deseñada para un desenvolvemento residencial no distrito de Jiading, Shanghai. Os apartamentos son compactos, cunha distribución principal de arredor de 80 a 90 metros cadrados. O deseño inspirouse na placa de resina solar utilizada no edificio. Os elementos lineais repítense e as técnicas simplifícanse para adaptarse ao pequeno espazo. As áreas de circulación intégranse nas salas funcionais, o que amplía a área utilizable. Os materiais inclúen papel de parede liso, placa solar, incrustacións metálicas, azulexos grises e mármore bege.

- PK Proferties Shanghai Yuemao Mansion is located in Juyuan new district, Jiading District, Shanghai. The sample room of the project is small in size. The main room type is around 80-90 square meters, to interpret the standards of the metropolis elite.

- Design Challenge
- The optimization of House type is the most important work of the designer. After careful consideration, the interior design avoids the drawbacks of the original building, omits all traffic area, integrates it into the interior functional space, and expands the use area.
- Research
- The inspiration for the design came from the building's material, the Resin Sun Plate. In the design as far as possible the linear element reuse, simplifies the technique, the material in the small space. Preserve the original dimensions and sense of space.
