Vanke Yantai Chang An é un centro de vendas inmobiliario situado na cidade de Yantai, no distrito de Laishan. O interior abrangue 2368 metros cadrados e inclúe un amplo vestíbulo cun teito de gran altura. A temática do deseño inspírase no estilo de vida elitista descrito na novela A la recherche du temps perdu e no filme The Great Gatsby. Os tons en branco e negro combínanse cunha lámpada de araña contemporánea para conferirlle ao espazo un carácter elegante. As instalacións artísticas, como unha estatua de cámara fotográfica, encaixan coa temática elixida e coa disposición do mobiliario.

Unique Properties: This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations such as the camera statue also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

Research: Research started with the elite life style described in the noble "A la recherche du temps perdu", developed based on the movie " The Great Gatsby".
Inspiration: Starting point of the inspiration is the market position and specific location of the project. The space itself needs to satisfy and reflect lifestyle for elites. To show the character the designer chose a very iconic style which could refer back the the noble by Marcel Proust, "A la recherche du temps perdu", and the movie "The Great Gatsby". Black and white together with the contemporary chandelier illuminated the elegancy of the whole space.
