About CIFI Shanghai H Deseño de Interiores Residencial

CIFI Shanghai H é un deseño de interiores residencial para un apartamento de 127 metros cadrados en Shanghai. A zona de estar, a zona de xantar e a varanda combínanse nun único espazo aberto que permite estudar, descansar e reunirse. Un muro móbil permite adaptar a zona do cuarto para un neno, dous nenos ou unha área de xogo. Un sistema de almacenamento familiar dedicado mantén o interior despexado e reduce os elementos visibles. Os materiais inclúen metal chapado, mármore, coiro, tecido e unha moqueta de fibra acrílica. A intención é fomentar unha interacción máis próxima entre os membros da familia.

Unique Properties: Growing Incessantly. Everything changes, so do life and its space, the home. The intelligent spaces which integrate different functions, display the multifaceted nature of life. The visual system is closely combined with the overall spatial design, showing more invisible spaces, and releasing more energy and emotion other than functions. Accompanied by changes in family members, home should be a living organism, which grows incessantly at different stages to keep its freshness and vitality.

Design Challenge: After the epidemic, many people will stay at home more time. The home needs to undertake more intimate contact and interaction. It needs to create unlimited possibilities and reduce the number of items in a limited space. It needs to build a huge living room and leave more space for interaction.
Research: Family storage system: storage has always been an important part of home life. The rationality and satisfaction of storage directly affect the release degree of people in space.
Variable space: meet the change of actual demand for space in different time dimensions.
Relationship between family members: create more opportunities for close contact and interaction and enhance the feelings between family members. The most important thing that space can carry is the emotion itself.
Inspiration: In China's first tier cities, facing the fast pace and high house prices, there are more new expectations for the shelter of the soul and the space of "home"; On the basis of living function, designers hope to give "home" multiple performance and personality to meet various situations in life; In the future, its inclusiveness will be further expanded, and all exciting things may be included.
Project Duration: Shanghai, September 2020.
Operation Flow: The diversity and fashionable and lively atmosphere of the guest restaurant and balcony endow the room with functions such as study, rest and party. The room can change the wall to meet the role of one child, two children and amusement area.
