Sobre Kaisa Yuebanshan Centro Comunitario

Kaisa Yuebanshan é un centro comunitario en Zhongshan, China. O edificio ocupa 2100 metros cadrados e organízase en dous andares. Un volume de tres plantas conecta dúas terrazas cunha diferenza de altura duns catro metros. O deseño inspírase na arquitectura local de Lingnan, incluíndo espazos de patio e paredes curvas. As paredes brancas en forma de arco repítense para darlle á fachada unha aparencia suave e rítmica. Unha luz de 12 metros e un voadizo de 5 metros manteñen o interior aberto. Os espazos públicos de ambos os andares apoian a vida cotiá e enmarcan as vistas das montañas ao norte e ao sur.

Investigación: The designers modernized the combination of the traditional Sishuiguitang patio space with the traditional elements of the Lingnan arc-shaped wok and translated it into the building to create the main shape element of the facade-the arc-shaped wall. The soft shape is in harmony with the mountains on the north and south sides. , And then arrange the array of arc-shaped walls to create a sense of rhythm in the space.
Inspiración: The designers have excavated the local culture of Zhongshan and absorbed the architectural layout and cultural connotation of the Chen Family Ancestral Hall. They hope that the Life Aesthetics Hall will also have a multi-dimensional space to accommodate the daily real public life of the crowd. Based on the warm climate of Lingnan, architecture and landscape are closely related.
Duración do Proxecto: The project started in March 2020 in Zhongshan and finished in April 2021 in Zhongshan.
