O Teatro Huanghesong é un deseño de interiores para un espazo cultural que abrangue 35000 metros cadrados. O deseño inspírase na forma de vórtice do Río Amarelo e na cultura ritual e musical das Chairas Centrais. Diferentes corredores e salas conectan todos os espazos funcionais. As columnas portantes son tratadas como soportes decorativos, e as súas formas feitas á medida evocan as páxinas dun libro. Os materiais principais son pedra de cova superbranca, pedra gris de Mónaco, pedra de moer, GRG e metal de bronce. Estes materiais foron seleccionados pola súa eficiencia en custos e o seu rendemento baixo en carbono.
