Texto do Libro: Binhai Second Sub é un centro de optometría en Tianjin. O interior abarca 373 metros cadrados e reúne elementos médicos, comerciais e artísticos. A fachada ten unha forma sinxela con cambios dinámicos de cor. Arcos concisos intégranse coa disposición interna para configurar o espazo. Unha ruta de circulación clara aproveita ao máximo a área limitada. O segundo andar alberga o centro de exames, onde un deseño expansivo crea unha atmosfera tranquila e aberta. Os materiais inclúen madeira, teitos metálicos, plantas verdes, vidro nanométrico electrificado e sofás de coiro personalizados.

The second sub center of Binhai New Area takes professional medical technology and attentive service to customers as the core, and optimizes its functions according to local conditions, fully reflecting the simplicity and comfort. The high integration of medicine, art and commerce not only retains the main design elements of Tianjin eye hospital, but also makes a perfect expression in its own style.

Project Duration: The project started in March 2021 in Tianjin and finished in December 2021 in Tianjin.
Operation Flow: Communicate design elements with the client for many times, constantly revise the design, and finally finalize the existing design.After the design is determined, it also needs to carry out floor transformation, communication with the fire department, product production, on-site decoration, soft outfit selection and so on.
