Haisi é un deseño de interiores de resort situado nunha vila fluvial de Fujian, China. O proxecto reproduce o estilo dunha vila acuática centenaria de Fuzhou e realza a cultura local. Varios patios están dispostos de forma escalonada para formar áreas pechadas e privadas, e cada patio serve a unha habitación de hóspedes. A habitación executiva emprega unha disposición de tres accesos, cunha zona de recepción, un dormitorio orientado ao patio e un xardín. Os tons cálidos de madeira, os acabados en marrón e dourado, as pinturas lacadas e os traballos de talla en madeira evocan as tradicionais casas do sur de Fujian.

Propiedades Únicas: Located in the River Town in Fujian, China, Haisi Resort highlights the local culture and reproduces the style of a century-old water town in Fuzhou. As the highest standard administrative room in the entire water town, the project adopts courtyard-style buildings and integrates southern Fujian culture, which is quite gorgeous and stunning.
Dimensións e Embalaxe: The project is formed by several courtyards which are staggered to form an enclosed and private space. Each courtyard is an independent guest room area with an exclusive courtyard landscape.

Tecnoloxía de Produción: The executive room adopts a three-entry space layout. The first entry space is the drop-off area; the second entry is the bedroom area, using symmetrical arrangement, the bed faces the courtyard, making the scenery the focus of sight, the ceiling height restores the original appearance of the building to the greatest extent, and uses traditional purlins to interpret the antique flavor of southern Fujian buildings; the three entrances are courtyards, making the space full of greenery.
Reto de Deseño: The traditional furniture in southern Fujian is ingenious and gorgeous in decoration, with strong three-dimensional effect and grandeur. The window lattices are engraved with flowers and birds, the lacquer paintings on the screens are luxurious and exquisite. To simulate the ancient local building, the furniture and cabinet doors are painted with the traditional craftsmanship of mother-of-pearl inlay work and lacque. The background painting is used to describe the vicissitudes of life and increase the cultural charm of the guest room.
Investigación: The furniture in the project echoes the local big house in southern Fujian. The luxurious lacquer paintings are the inheritance of handicrafts, and the exquisite wood carvings highlight the unique charm of southern Fujian furniture. The pattern is intriguing, and the texture is fine and delicate, highlighting the brilliance of Southern Fujian culture.
Inspiración: As a business card and landmark of cultural tourism in Fuzhou, the design is inspired by the ancient heritage of Fujian. The Haisi Resort inherits the architectural characteristics of the southern Fujian house which combines the high-rise roof ridge, carved beams and pillars, and wall brick reliefs to form a unique southern Fujian architectural courtyard.
Duración do Proxecto: The project started in May 2021 and the design was finished in October 2021.
Fluxo de Operacións: The overall executive room adopts a soft and warm wooden tone, and is decorated with brilliant and gorgeous brown and gold, so that the whole space shows the royal feeling, and the partition and the ceiling are harmonious and unified.
