Furrytail Cat Toilet é unha caixa de area de limpeza automática para gatos de todas as idades. Unha entrada baixa permite un acceso doado para gatiños e gatos maiores. O depósito de residuos sitúase na parte superior para cambiar as bolsas rapidamente, e un desaugadoiro na base simplifica a limpeza. Os sensores monitorizan o uso e envían alertas de saúde a unha aplicación móbil. A iluminación ambiental axustable adáptase aos interiores do fogar. A caixa de area manéxase mediante unha pantalla e botóns no corpo ou de forma remota a través da aplicación. O polipropileno reciclable é moldeado por inxección.

Production Technology: Furrytail Automatic Cleaning Cat Litter Box commits to environmental responsibility, utilizing injection molding technology and recyclable PP plastic. It's packaged to optimize container space, enhancing shipping efficiency and reducing energy consumption per product. The inclusion of biodegradable bags and recyclable cardboard aligns with sustainable practices.
Design Challenge: The most challenging part of the product lies in the structural design of the cleaning function. After collecting issues and suggestions from competitors and users, we conceived and implemented a unique cleaning structure that makes the product more streamlined and user friendly.
Inspiration: Pets are now treasured family members,and their health and safety are of paramount importance to owners.Furrytail Automatic Cleaning Cat Litter Box delivers a consistently clean environment,vital for cat health,with its automatic cleaning function freeing owners from manual scooping and preserving indoor air quality.Equipped with smart sensors and algorithms,it provides real time health and safety updates to owners through app notifications.
Project Duration: The project commenced market research in China in March 2023, completed the design phase in China in October 2023, and is slated to debut at the Nuremberg Pet Exhibition in Germany in May 2024. This is the first automatic cleaning cat litter box that our in house team has designed.
Operation Flow: The device can be operated directly through the screen and buttons on the body, or remotely via an app.
