Next Collection é un complexo residencial deseñado en relación coa paisaxe do Green Cape. O edificio está composto por tres alas independentes situadas sobre un podio que sostén un xardín. O tellado empregase como zona social cun restaurante, un bar e unha piscina. A disposición das alas favorece un fluxo claro entre os apartamentos e o xardín do podio. O interior segue un enfoque minimalista con temática náutica e unha paleta de cores calma. O deseño combina formas orgánicas coa topografía circundante.
