Zhang Jiang Cheng é un interior de restaurante de luxo situado nun distrito moi concorrido de Shanghai. O restaurante serve cociña de fusión hakka, e a idea de fusión guía todo o deseño. As cerámicas chinesas son reformuladas con métodos modernos e colocadas dentro dun espazo moderno e minimalista como instalacións artísticas. A maior parte da vaixela é feita por encargo en Jingdezhen e cocida a 1300 graos Celsius. Cada sala privada de xantar ten o seu propio carácter de deseño. A intención é ofrecer un ambiente calmo e elegante que presente a estética oriental.

Unique Properties: Zhangjiangcheng Restaurant is a light luxury upscale catering brand that specializes in Hakka fusion cuisine. The concept of fusion is the positioning of the restaurant. Most of the tableware in the restaurant is customized from Jingdezhen, and Chinese ceramics are redesigned with a modern fusion technique, integrating into a minimalist modernist space to enjoy aesthetics and taste high-end ingredients. Fusion and symbiosis.
Dimensions & Packaging: There are many products in the restaurant, and designers customize them in small quantities according to the purpose of different restaurant spaces. Ceramics are fired at a high temperature of 1300 degrees in Jingdezhen. So there is no specific size limit.
