Texto do Libro: Cl7A é un deseño de interiores residencial para un apartamento nun "shophouse" sen ascensor en Singapur. O fogar, de 978 pés cadrados, conta con dous dormitorios, dous baños e unha cociña de concepto aberto que flúe cara ás zonas de estar e comedor. Mantívose o teito inclinado con vigas de madeira á vista como elemento característico da unidade orixinal do shophouse. O pavimento de formigón pulido, a calidez da madeira e o granito engaden profundidade e contraste. As liñas arquitectónicas marcadas equilíbranse con cortinados suaves e obras de arte coidadosamente seleccionadas. A unidade envellecida foi restaurada ao tempo que se lle engadiu confort moderno.
