Centered on both business and leisure, it integrates accommodation, conferencing, and dining. The hotel adopts a modern minimalist style and seamlessly incorporates the scenery of Phoenix Lake, creating a highend formal and comfortable space for business elites, corporate executives, and travelers alike.
Dimensións e Embalaxe: The total construction area of the project is 56,450. Among them, Building A is a hotel, with a ground construction area of 36,280 and a total of 313 rooms. Building B is an apartment.

Low saturation neutral tones such as offwhite and light gray set an elegant base, deep gray accents show business style, and light blue serves as visual highlights, together forming a minimalist yet refined atmosphere.
Duración do Proxecto: The soft furnishing of the hotel commenced in April 2021 in Guangzhou and was completed in May 2022, announcing the official opening of the hotel.
