Diseño Jepy'apy: Eco-friendly green building materials and recyclable materials such as iron and wood are used. Besides, apply crystallization treatment and water-repellent treatment to stone materials to increase the durability and stain resistance ability.
Ñesẽheka: In terms of ventilation and energy saving design, active and passive air-conditioning methods are adopted. In hot Summer, the extended eaves can provide a sunshade for interior spaces, and the residents can actively adjust the temperature of a single room with air-conditioning equipment.
