About MGY Base Ginin Ofis

MGY Base gini ne na ofis ga wani samfurin tufafi a birnin Tokyo, kasar Japan. Zanen yana bin tunanin wani boyayyen wurin taro inda mutane ke son yin taruwa. Bene na farko yana da tsawon mita 6, kuma babban facade na gilashi yana bayar da kamannin wurin da ba a rufe ba gaba daya. Raga na waya a cikin loft, fitilun salon masana'antu, da kayan aikin da aka yi da baƙin ƙarfe da sikeli suna goyon bayan wannan jigo iri daya. Ginin yana da tsarin ƙarfafaffen kankare (reinforced concrete), kuma jimlar fadin bene ya kai murabba'in mita 124. Buɗaɗɗen tsarin cikin gida an yi nufin karfafa sadarwa da samar da aiki mai dadi.

Unique Properties: An office like a secret base where people would want to gather.
The novel corona virus has brought to light the necessity of communication in the office. Our design is an example of an answer to the problem.
MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for.

Production Technology: Distinctive facade promotes the apparel brand.
High ceiling on the main floor reminiscent of the semi-outdoor, providing an open and comfortable atmosphere that eliminates the stuffiness of the office.
Unified with design ideas that make the brand playful, such as mesh mezzanine.
Inspiration: We tried to design an office that is a third-place that makes you want to assemble and work.

1. where the clients and business associates would like to go and want to gather.
2. where the staff feel comfortable and want to work longer.
3. that is unique and playful.
We designed an office with these three points in mind to give a sense of the brand's personality.

Project Location: 3-30 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan
Operation Flow: Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
