About Ormankoy Community Centre Cibiyar Al'umma

Cibiyar Al'umma ta Ormankoy gini ne na jama'a da ke birnin Istanbul na kasar Turkiyya. Wani kwasfa na katako ne ke bayyana halayen cibiyar al'ummar, yayin da manyan bangon gilashi ke bude wuraren cikin gida zuwa dajin da ke kewaye. Tsarin karfe ne ya samar da siffar ta musamman, kuma yana zaune a kan gadojin siminti da suka mike sama da mita 18 a saman wurin tafki. Tafkuna biyu na halitta a matakai daban-daban sun mamaye murabba'in mita 4000, kuma an guji amfani da sinadarai masu karfi domin kare namun daji da dabbobin gida. Ana sa ran katakon da aka lullube ginin da shi zai canza launi da fasali yayin da lokaci ke wucewa, kamar yanayin dajin a lokutan shekara.

Zanen Ormankoy Community Centre Cibiyar Al'umma ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Platinum, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane waɗanda da gaske na musamman ne, masu kyau kuma masu burgewa. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Platinum abubuwan mamaki ne na ƙirƙira, shaidu ne ga iyakokin ƙirƙirar basirar tunani, kuma suna nuna ƙwarewar da ba ta da kamarta da hazaƙar masu zanensu. Ana sa ran waɗannan zane-zane su zama ayyukan da aka fi sani waɗanda ke ayyana kyawun zamani, suna ba da gudummawa ga walwalar al'umma kuma suna kai iyakokin fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani gaba. Zanen Ormankoy Community Centre Cibiyar Al'umma yana nuna matakin ƙwarewa wanda ya zarce iyaka, kuma babu shakka yana sa duniya ta fi kyau da halayensa masu amfani da daraja. Unique Properties: Wooden shell forms the building's characteristics. Wide glazed façades expand the indoor spaces to nature.

Within the project area there are 2 ponds in different levels. Water quality of both ponds intended to be potable water. The use of hard chemicals has been avoided to ensure the safety of the guest's pets as well as the surrounding wildlife.

Wooden claddings which is expected to change its colour and texture in time - as seen in the seasonal changes of the forest- are used both in indoor and outdoor façades.

Production Technology: Steel frame structure is what gives the unique shape of the building. From ground to 3rd basement levels, steel structure sits on concrete beams which spans over 18 meters above pool space.
Inspiration: Design is an abstraction of surrounding natural environment.

It's aimed to establish an intersection between Ormankoy Community Centre and the surrounded natural park with addition of biological pond which is 4000 sqm in size.

Compared to the natural park level, project building is located on the peak of the land which gives the opportunity of both to see and comprehend the natural park better and also to be seen and comprehended at the same time.
