Laguna 182 gini ne na zama a Itajai, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Hasumiyar tana da bene ashirin da tara da gidaje arba'in da daya da aka tsara cikin tsare-tsaren bene daban-daban goma sha huɗu, tare da gidaje biyu a kowane bene. Layukan da suka lanƙwasa da masu murɗawa suna tsara fuskar ginin. Filayen kankare masu fitowa daga ginin suna canza wuri a kowane bene, don haka kowane gida yana da lambun kansa na sirri. Fasahar Samarwa: Concrete Struture, Glass, Ceramic, Galvanized Steel, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), Natural Plants, LED Light and certificate wood.
The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.
