Rubutun Littafi: Mataimakin Taro na Musamman wani interfesin mataimakin dijital ne don tarurruka ta yanar gizo da aikin nesa. Interfesin yana haɗa koyon zurfi, sarrafa harshe na dabi'a da nazarin manyan bayanai. Kowane ma'aikaci na iya keɓance kamannin mataimakinsa na kansa. Mataimakin yana ba da hira, kulawa akai-akai, tambayoyin lokacin da ake da shi, rubutattun bayanan taro da bin diddigin aiki. Gane murya da fahimtar ma'ana suna taimaka wa mataimakin isar da motsin rai da yin aiki bisa nasa tunanin. Manufar ita ce inganta sadarwa da inganci a lokacin aikin nesa.

Design Challenge: This product effectively solves the emotional indifference among employees and reduction of office efficiency caused by telecommuting, lowers operating cost of the company, and mitigates traffic jams and air pollution. Meanwhile, it also reduces personal contact during the pandemic and therefore prevents the spread of the pandemic. With the evolution of AI technologies in the future, the product will understand and serve the people better.
Research: With the development of the global economy as well as the spread of the pandemic, online office has become the focus of many companies, as it greatly reduces emotional exchange and efficiency.
Based on AI technologies, this product provides the user specific assistant image. Aiming to serve the meeting scenario, it promotes emotional exchange of employees, and supports users to complete executable meeting tasks, thus to effectively lower the cost and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
Inspiration: As affected by company cost, personal factors of employees and the spread of the pandemic, over 800 million employees choose telecommuting online. Online office considerably improves staff flexibility in work, but significantly reduces emotional communication among employees and office efficiency. This problem will be systematically solved by this product based on AI technologies.
Project Duration: This project was started in Beijing, China in July 2021, and completed and launched in Beijing in February 2022.
Operation Flow: Every employee can customize the image of personal assistant. This assistant takes the initiative to conduct emotional exchanges on behalf of the employee, keeps learning and thinks like a person. It serves multiple meeting scenarios, and supports users to complete executable meeting tasks including elementary conversation, query of available time and intelligent meeting minutes.
