Fun Factory gidan wasan barkwanci ne na tsaye (stand-up comedy) da ke birnin Nanjing, kasar Sin. Jimlar fadin wurin ya kai murabba'in mita 300, wanda ya kunshi kusan murabba'in mita 150 na wurin yin wasan kwaikwayo, da kuma kusan murabba'in mita 70 na wurin sayarwa da gudanar da bukukuwa. An raba tsarin gininn zuwa sassa biyu: sashen ciki wanda ke dauke da dandali (stage), da kuma sashen waje da ake amfani da shi kafin shigar masu kallo. Ƙirar tana rage nisan da ke tsakanin 'yan wasa da masu sauraro ta fuskar zahiri, gani, da kuma sauti. An yi amfani da tubali, siminti, da rufin bango domin samar da fuskoki masu sauki, yayin da haske da inuwa ke jagorantar motsin baƙi a cikin wurin.

Especially for the face to face dialogue experience and the degree of empathy. Therefore, they put the distance between the actor and the audience as our top priority when designing and the whole stage. The distance reflects in many ways, such as physical space, light and shadow and acoustic. If we want our audience feel the intimacy with the actors and the stage, we need to reduce the strangeness of the actors to the space and the audience.
Girma da Fakitin: The total project area is 300 square meters, it includes approximately 150 square meters of performance space and 70 square meters of retail and event space.

Fasahar Samarwa: They hope the design would deliver more not just for providing an area only for watching the performance. Therefore, and they hardly worried whether the venue style and materials are fashionable enough. That even intend to weaken the artificial decoration. They want to use simple stuff to integrate the main structure of the theater so they choose bricks, cement, wall cloth and other basic materials. By arrange the light and shadow so as to guide the formation of audience which in accord with the theme of the Party.
Ƙalubalen Zane: At the very beginning the stand up comedy stage was set up in bars, restaurants or other temporary places, some even renting small places to perform the show. With the gradual attention, people would ask for bigger venue for the show, however, the main function for these theaters were still not built for stand up comedy. With the continuous development of domestic stand up comedy and the rise of market foundation, how to establish a sustainable and theater model becomes our main topic.
Bincike: After nearly two years of vigorous development, the performance venue has gradually developed from an accessory of other businesses to an independent stand up comedy clubs. As a pioneer of Chinese comedy, following the landing of the first stand-up comedy experimental theater two years ago, their design has become and established a set of exclusive and modernized model of stand-up comedy theater which generally applicable in the Chinese market. Ingenious and appropriate design, in our opinion, is the key to the theater space.
Although the stand-up comedy is more like an export developed goods, how to build a space which perfectly demonstrates the goods and fulfills all the requirements becomings the designing topic.
Wahayi: The audience would expect more when they enter the theater. You may say that it is to obtain happiness or to escape from reality. The design of stand-up comedy seems to reply a "sense of unreality" and give people more expectations.

Although the project background and concept are different, what runs through is the designer's understanding of the interactive relationship between the space and the people.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in March 2021 in Nanjing, China and finished in May 2021.
Tsarin Aiki: The whole space is mainly divided into infield (the area of main body of the performance theater) and outfield (the space before admission). The stage is set up in the infield and it is the core venue to deliver the sense of ritual and to show the respect to the audience.
